When is DOGKRAFT Zeolite Powder used in daily feeding?
DOGKRAFT Zeolith Powder is used by dog owners who deliberately opt for natural supplements in their daily feeding. Zeolite is chosen as a fixed component of the ration, especially when feeding, daily routine, or external circumstances change. Typical application situations in daily feeding include:
- for sensitive or fluctuating digestion
- during or after food transitions
- in phases with increased external stressors
- for dogs with sensitive food utilization
- as a supportive supplement within the framework of a conscious, nature-oriented feeding, when dog owners value reduction to a few, clear ingredients
Pack size & dosage
Which package size is right for my dog?
This depends on your dog's body weight:
250g→ ideal for getting started or for small dogs up to approx. 15 kg (lasts approx. 6–8 weeks)
450g→ the economy pack for medium and large dogs or if you already know it works
Rule of thumb: 1g zeolite per 5 kg body weight daily. A 25 kg dog therefore needs approx. 5g per day – the 450g can then lasts around 3 months.
For legal reasons, we must state the maximum daily feeding amount prescribed by law on the label. This is 1%. It must not be exceeded. Sometimes this is confusing.
Again, to be clear: DOGKRAFT, the STEINKRAFT zeolite for dogs, is 14 microns fine. Due to its high active surface, 0.5% is sufficient.
Example: Our Steinkraft company dog, Ezra, receives 800g wet food daily.
He gets 5g of zeolite powder mixed into his food with his evening meal. With the measuring spoon included in the 450g can, this is half a scoop. The measuring spoon has a line in the middle, so you can quickly see where 5g is and it is therefore easy to dose. This amount is good for the dog.
His coat is beautiful, he is strong and healthy. The vet admired his beautiful white teeth, among other things, during his last visit.
How do I properly mix the powder into the feed?
Simply measure with the enclosed measuring spoon and mix into the feed – done.For wet food, stir directly into the food.For dry food, add a small splash of water so that the powder adheres. Please always provide sufficient fresh water.

DOGKRAFT Zeolite Powder for dogs is available in 250 g and 450 g cans. This allows you to choose the appropriate size depending on your needs.
What you want to know before buying
What if my dog won't eat the powder?
DOGKRAFT is odorless and tasteless – most dogs accept it without problems. For very picky dogs, we recommend starting with a very small amount (a pinch) and slowly increasing it. This almost always works in practice.
How quickly will I see the first changes?
This is individual. For digestive problems, many dog owners report firmer stool consistency after just a few days. For general stress situations (coat change, environmental influences), we recommend an application of at least 4–6 weeks to assess the effect.
Can I feed the zeolite together with medication?
Zeolite can affect the absorption of medications. Therefore, please observe aminimum 2-hour intervalbetween zeolite administration and medication. For ongoing treatment or existing conditions, please consult your veterinarian beforehand.
Is DOGKRAFT Zeolith suitable for BARF feeding?
Yes, DOGKRAFT is BARF-suitable. Simply mix it into the raw food. Especially for BARF dogs, who receive a lot of raw meat and organs, zeolite can help bind excess ammonium in the intestines.
