STALLKRAFT is a stable bedding for cattle, pigs, sheep and goats.
This product has been tested by EASY-CERT services on the basis of Regulation (EU) No. 2018/848 as amended and may be used in organic production.
Application in the stable
STALLKRAFT application depends on the animal species and husbandry method and is recommended with the following dosages:
Recommended use in the stable:
Cow walking area slatted floor, 1-2x per week 200 – 300g/m2
Lying area cows deep boxes, 1-2x per week on moist areas 300 – 500g/m2
Lying area cows high boxes, daily on the entire area 100 – 200g/m2

- in sheep and goat farming via bedding in the cubicles
Calving/sick box:
Soil after mucking out, 200 – 300g/m2
Manure mattress after re-littering once a week, 200 – 300g/m2

Special feature of the grinding process - tribomechanical micronization and activation:
AIR2AIR Activation Technology is a specially developed micronization process. In this so-called tribomechanical micronization and activation, the product is not ground; instead, the particles collide with each other at high speed and self-compose. This eliminates abrasion (as occurs with ball mills), and the material achieves a high basic energy and purity. This process has no effect on the chemical composition of the raw material. On the contrary, the crystal lattices remain intact and are not crushed, and the electrostatic charge, particle surface area, and ion exchange capacity are optimized and increased.
