"I'm Helene Voit, here at home in Guttau in the Mühlviertel region. It's now mid-June, and we've completely emptied our compost bin, which we started almost exactly a year ago. I only used it this spring as primary compost soil to keep all the other raised beds, vegetable patches, flower boxes, herb beds, greenhouses, and so on, simply with a shovel.
